1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using localfilepress.com (referred to as "LocalFilePress" or the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using this Service.

2. Use License & Local execution

LocalFilePress is an offline-first utility suite designed to process files entirely inside the user's web browser thread using Javascript and WebAssembly. Permission is granted to temporarily load and use the tools on the Service for personal and non-commercial use.

Under this license you may not:

• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract proprietary client-side logic scripts of the website (unless permitted by library license agreements).
• Incorporate the offline code into commercial products without explicit consent.
• Use the site to process illegal or malicious files that violate local laws.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials and tools on LocalFilePress are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. LocalFilePress makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Furthermore, because all processing is performed client-side using browser engine resources (RAM, CPU), LocalFilePress does not warrant that the tools will work seamlessly for extremely large files, or that files will convert without local memory limits or thread timeouts.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall LocalFilePress or its developers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the tools on LocalFilePress, even if LocalFilePress has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The tools and guides appearing on LocalFilePress could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. LocalFilePress does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. LocalFilePress may make changes to the tools and documentation contained on its website at any time without notice.

6. Links and Third-Party Integrations

LocalFilePress has not reviewed all of the external sites linked to its web space and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by LocalFilePress. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
